Valentines Day Fondue Party

Yesterday my hubby and I hosted a Valentines Day Fondue Party. It was couples only, no kids. Okay well mine were upstairs having a little movie and popcorn party but I couldn't kick them out of their own home. So this was my first attempt at something like this and it was an awesome success if I do say so myself! So much fun in fact that I didn't remember to pull out my camera until the dessert came out. We ended the night with some Rock bAnd which is always a blast!

setting up rOck BaNd...very serious stuff here people....

Great conversation was had

And plenty of being silly

Can't wait to do it again!!!

It looks like you had a lot of fun. An adults only party, I can't remember what that was like :-) What a great idea.
Blessings,

What a great idea. I always say I should entertain more. You've inspired me now. (By the way, I think I have that same sign as you that says "family." How weird.)

Looks like you we're all having so much fun. And I like seeing the glimpses of your home...do you have dark wood floors throughout? We just picked some dark wood flooring out...but I have been going back and forth on whether we should do dark wood or light(bleached)wood. Your furnitionings are similiar with the white slipcovered IKEA sofa's, blue toss pillows...we have dark brown fur and leopard print toss pillows, dark wood t.v hutch, buffet, stools, etc. Do you like the dark wood? I think it looks lovely. Your home is beautiful!

Delena-great minds think alike!! We usually entertain in a more bbq kind of way. It was so nice to all sit around the table. Seriously 10 of us around the table cooking our meat in the pot, it was just awesome! I couldn't recommend it more, if you want a site to go to for ideas email me and i will get it to you!
