The Best Day EVER
That is how my kids described today. We took a day off today from our normal lives and hit the beach. I wanted to take the kids before the public schools got out and the beaches get packed. We had a great day. I helped the kids build a sand castle and catch sand flees. And although we try to go to the beach at least once a week through the summer, for some reason today was the "best ever" (then again they say that every day even if I let them run the vacuum).

Definitely looks like you missed the crowds. We'll have to find a way to get Rachel to you; she'd love it. It's a challenge now that she has a job. We'll figure something out! Have a great day. (Only four more days, only four more days ... I can hardly stand it!!!)

It looks like the best day ever. I love that first pic of your daughter...the color of the ocean wave behind her is marvelous. You are blessed to be able to go once a week.

Delena- yeah isn't it great, if only I could have done that too.
Fairmaden- it is nice to have the beach so close by, although we don't take advantage as much as people would think. I like to show where my feet have been ;)
