The neighbors had a cornhole tourney. See the lady in the white shorts?! She was my partner, she had never played cornhole before...needless to say we didn't last long in the tournament.
I truly do love my other two kids, but this guy seems to be the only one cooperative when I want to take a photo!
We had family movie night under the stars. I HEART doing this big time. Okay so the movie was not the best selection of the night, but still so much fun!
All I wanted was for this boy to sit still for a quick photo....no luck. But we did have a great date while his brother and sister were at the aquarium with their Grandma.

I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I don't know what cornhole is so I guess I'd be the same kind of partner as the lady in the shorts. I will be praying for you and peace in your school decisions. I've been through the ups and downs of schooling over the years.
Blessings,

It is basically bean bag toss. but instead of beans in the bag there is corn. So you are trying to get the corn through the hole= cornhole. It's a lot like pitching a softball.
I just happened onto your blog while looking at Vintage Campers. We have a Class C motorhome we bought in the early 90's to vacation with our kidlets. Now that everyone is grown ( one married even ) my husband and I are remodeling her to be more of a cozy cottage than a family camper !
Both your blog and your family are just lovely ! Good luck with your schooling decisions ( we hs'd k-12), it's a scary proposition to be making kid decisions - I well remember !
thanks for sharing,
gena
